Piper Maddox is partnering with an exceptional ca full service solar electrical and building contractor who have completed commercial solar projects in 19 states and internationally as well as residential projects in IL, MA, MN, NH, and WI.

They are looking for an experienced Commercial Solutions Manager to come in and lead their Design & Estimation team. You will work closely with customers as well as internal partners on their commercial project offers ranging from 40kw-300kw from cradle to grave.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideally looking for someone with 3-5 years’ experience working in design and estimation for solar and renewable energy projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience managing a team of individuals and/or working as a team lead who is looking to make the official jump to management.
  • Previous experience using engineering software (i.e. CAD, Helioscope, PVWatts, etc.)
  • Great communicator!

 

This role is hybrid in St. Paul, Minnesota, and offers a competitive base salary, profit-sharing program, and great benefits!
