The battery-cell manufacture industry seems to be attracted to the cold. It makes sense, but maybe it's not the most pleasant to live in. Have you ever thought about something a bit warmer?
I'm currently looking for multiple engineers in the battery industry to take over responsibility for scaling up production for an established battery manufacturer branching into lithium-ion.
If you're interested, hit apply and we can set up a call to discuss the role and company in more detail.
You'll be based in sunny Greece (where the effective income tax rate for engineers moving from abroad is 15-20%)
The role will involve working with the industrial engineering team, developing requirements for production equipment and working to deliver that equipment.
Later, you'll be involved in parameter setting, fault finding, defect analysis and DOE to maximise yield.
They're looking for engineers across:
Cell assembly/winding
EOL/FA&T
You'll work on cutting-edge products in a highly skilled team - though the company is new to Li-Ion, they've already taken on top people from the likes of Northvolt, Tesla, Manz and Comau to develop a top-class function. Culture is very important to them, as they're creating a team of top problem solvers who can work together in a positive, collaborative environment.
You'll also have a lot of autonomy on how these kinds of engineering problems are solved.
This is a great opportunity to get in early in a growing company in a growing industry.
You don't need to be able to speak Greek for this role.
Piper Maddox is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
