Join This leading EV Infrastructure company as an In-House Attorney with a Transactional Focus and play a pivotal role in supporting our company's legal needs. As part of our Legal team, you will be responsible for handling a variety of transactional matters, providing strategic legal advice, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to contracts with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Provide legal guidance on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, rights, and obligations related to business transactions and initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Human Resources, to support various business initiatives.
  • Manage outside counsel as needed and oversee legal matters outsourced to external law firms.
  • Handle other legal matters as assigned by the General Counsel or senior management.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on transactional matters either in a law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Sound judgment and ability to assess legal risks and provide practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and upholding the company's values.

It's a Plus (Optional):

  • Experience working in a corporate environment or EV Charging industry.
  • Knowledge of specific legal areas relevant to the company's business, such as intellectual property, privacy, or regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with contract management software and other legal technology tools.
