They’ve got their hands full with operational projects across DG/utility scale with their next projects financed and secured for 6 utility scale solar + storage projects. From a funding perspective, they have established relationships, and long-term capital commitments from two of the leading investment banks in clean energy finance.

The team is looking for a Project Finance Manager to play an integral role in supporting the Project modelling efforts for the organization, and lead the discussions the team engages in with banks/financiers surrounding the securitization of the debt and tax-equity capital necessary to underwrite the upcoming project pipeline. This is a truly pivotal function within the organization that makes their continued growth possible.

The ideal candidate would have:

- ~5 YOE in a project/structured finance within a renewable energy IPP or Investment Bank

-successfully secured TE capital from a bank/financier OR engaged in multiple capital sourcing/advisory processes

- expert level financial modelling skills (Tax equity and debt)

- the ability to live in or relocate to Washington DC.
