Piper Maddox is supporting a renowned solar EPC in North America with their expansion. We are searching for several Project Managers to support the construction of utility scale solar sites. This person will be responsible for achieving project objectives by ensuring compliance with safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction standards. This position requires travel to various project sites across the US, with assignments typically lasting 8-12 months. A daily per diem is provided to support living expenses, along with routine home travel rotations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for all project phases: acquisition, pre-construction, execution, and close-out.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Manage project resources, including staff, subcontractors, and materials.
  • Handle contract documents, change orders, and risk management activities.
  • Integrate project plans and resources as outlined in the Project Execution Plan.
  • Communicate project progress, performance, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Maintain a focus on environmental safety awareness and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in solar or EPC construction.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore and Timberline.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, technical procedures, and contracts.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

You'll be stepping in as an Investment Analyst to financially model, organize, plan, and communicate with their development team.
