Responsibilities:
Lead utility-scale solar project development from inception to NTP/COD, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Identify and assess potential project opportunities, conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery within specified parameters.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including landowners, regulatory agencies, utilities, and community members, to facilitate project development and resolve any issues that may arise.
Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years' experience in utility-scale solar project development.
Strong understanding of solar energy technologies and project finance.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, environmental science, or related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, lead cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
