Our client, a European leader in the SaaS industry specializing in solutions for Charging Point Operators and companies managing charging station networks, is hiring a Sales Manager to focus on the French market.



Responsibilities:

Create and implement strategies and plans to drive sales growth and boost revenue.
Foster and sustain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market developments and competition to maintain a competitive edge.
Identify potential business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Achieve or surpass quarterly and yearly sales goals.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to craft effective market entry strategies.
Compile and present sales performance reports to senior leadership.
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.


Requirements:

Must be located in France.
Fluent in French and English
At least 5 years of experience in sales.
Demonstrated technical expertise.
Proven success in high-value sales, particularly in the SaaS EV/Energy or Telecom sectors.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
Capable of developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Self-driven, results-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish is a plus.

The main responsibilities include, but aren't excluded to:- Monitoring and reporting on industry changes in connection process across the UK and wider European locations. - Participating in work groups and associations on this topic too.- Supporting on providing strategies around the grid connections for the group. - Monitoring DNO & TO changes and upgrades. - Collaborating with internal teams. - Ensure compliance with requirements for grid code documentation across Europe.
