In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that any commercial matters that arise in relation to the project land are covered from the point of suitable land being identified through to the "ready to build" stage of the project lifecycle.Some examples of this role's responsibilities:* Managing the closing of Option to Lease agreements - ensuring the land acquisition process is completed smoothly.* Undergoing applications to receive approval for the discharge of planning conditions to secure a project's progression into the next stage of development.* Review and inspection of commercial contracts to confirm that all land transactions comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.This role within the team is crucial to ensuring that projects move through the development lifecycle.
