Their current pipeline sits close to 2GW and this is split between Nationally Significant scale DCO applications as well as TCPA projects ranging from 30MW up to around 100MW. The core to the position revolves around:- Grid connection and interconnection infrastructure- ensuring the projects are complaint with these conditions, as well as communicating with various stakeholders surrounding these projects. - Hands-on design work throughout the interconnection to the electric network- Preparing relevant interconnection and network designs and studies, including G99 applications and other network studies. You'll be regularly working with grid code compliance and connection applications processes, providing support through these stages. - Liaising with the National grid, DNOS and other relevant network operators. - Wider stakeholder management works, communicating with ICPS, EPCS and other development partners. - Hands on electrical engineering including substation designs and network studies.
