Our client is a leading renewable energy company specializing in the development, construction, and operation of onshore and offshore wind, solar, and innovative energy storage solutions. With a strong international presence, the company has a 2+ GW pipeline across Europe and continues to drive forward renewable energy solutions for the future.



About the Role:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of onshore wind energy projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to renewable energy initiatives and work closely with technical experts within a dynamic, multinational team.



Key Responsibilities


Project Management:

Oversee the construction and commissioning of onshore wind projects.
Prepare, monitor, and follow up on construction and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with contracts, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.

Manage project documentation, including budgets, schedules, risk matrices, and technical reports.

Coordinate with authorities, contractors, external service providers, and internal project teams to ensure effective communication and documentation.


Technical Support:

Provide technical input during the project development phase, including design, component selection, grid connection, and operational planning.
Manage and lead construction and commissioning activities.


Stakeholder Management:

Identify suitable contractors and service providers, participate in contract negotiations, and address contract adjustments or disputes.


Process Improvement:

Analyze and improve existing processes, structures, and approaches in coordination with relevant departments.


Team Development:

Provide guidance to new team members as needed.


Your Profile:

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.

Professional experience in similar roles, particularly in technical project management for construction or energy projects.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Confident and proactive with excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., CAD).

Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken). French language skills are a plus.
