Leading projects aimed at enhancing technical solutions.* Addressing emerging challenges in technology, compliance, and business operations by applying analytical methodologies and expert judgment.* Leveraging internal and external professional networks to expand technical expertise and enhance strategic partnerships.* Providing leadership and technical direction to teams, guiding less experienced engineers, and offering mentorship.* Contributing to the establishment and adoption of industry best practices, policies, and technical standards.* Serving as a subject matter expert, ensuring critical insights and best practices are documented and shared effectively across teams.What we are looking for:* Strong experience in electrical power systems engineering - ideally within the Aerospace sector but open to Marine, Automotive and Rail* Background in developing, implementing, and validating power systems that integrate electrical machines, conversion stages (AC-AC, AC-DC, DC-DC), and distribution systems.* Familiarity with electrical system architecture analysis, such as Electrical Load Analysis (ELA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), along with an understanding of how architectural choices influence system performance and adjacent components.* A systems-thinking approach, with knowledge of systems engineering methodologies, tools, and relevant industry standards (ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288, ARP4754).
