I'm currently looking for an experienced engineer in the battery industry to take over responsibility for scaling up production for one of the most innovative energy storage manufacturers in Europe and you might be the person for the job.

You'll act as the nerve center between the R&D and Industrial Engineering teams, taking lessons learned from lab-scale development and working out how to adapt them to full-scale serial production.
You'll take product specs and process requirements and work on adapting them, specifying and delivering manufacturing equipment. You'll work on cutting-edge products in a highly skilled team. Culture is very important to them, as they're creating a team of top problem solvers who can work together in a positive, collaborative environment.
You'll also have a lot of autonomy on how these kinds of engineering problems are solved.

You do not need to be able to speak fluent German for this role.

Additionally, they're a global competitor with over 40,000 employees across 6 continents which gives you plenty of international opportunities.
