This smaller US team, is a subdivision of a leading international asset manager with focuses across all real-assets, and over 60k employees. They currently own 23 power plants globally, with 3.7GW of operational assets in the pipeline, and are on track to get to 5GW strong, by 2025. They have a unique strategy as compared to your run of the mill energy provider, as they look to acquire utility-scale projects at the NTP stage, and then finance, build, operate and own the asset over the long-haul, and reap the ROI associated with holding a power and revenue generating asset over an extended period.
