This position combines the technical expertise of solutions architecture with the strategic focus of sales leadership, ensuring our team is equipped to deliver exceptional value to clients.You'll lead and mentor teams across Sales Enablement and Technical Sales, foster collaboration with product, marketing, and customer success teams, and help shape the future of renewable energy solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSolutions Strategy & Development-Be the expert in renewable energy digital solutions, translating complex technical details into clear, impactful sales messaging.-Build and manage a knowledge repository, including playbooks, case studies, and sales materials.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine solutions based on client feedback and market trends.What you'll bring?Sales Enablement Leadership-Design and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs, from onboarding to ongoing training.-Equip the sales team with tools, insights, and strategies to excel in a competitive market.-Develop and maintain a framework for partnerships and sales channels.Cross-Functional Collaboration-Align sales, marketing, technical, and customer success teams to create unified strategies and improve customer outcomes.-Partner with marketing to ensure campaigns and materials resonate with market needs.-Work with technical teams to customize solutions and address complex client requirements.Performance & Process Optimization-Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve enablement and sales effectiveness.-Continuously optimize processes, gathering feedback to enhance outcomes.What they are looking for?-Expertise in digital solutions within the renewable energy sector.-Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes.-Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.-Analytical skills to measure success.-Experience in sales enablement, solutions architecture, or sales operations, ideally in renewable energy or technology industries.-Advanced education in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).What can they offer you?-Remote work-Strong Bonus-8% Pension-Life coverIf you're interested, please reach out to: l.brittonjeal@pipermaddox.com or 0117 2050 195Piper Maddox is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
