For this role, the ideal profile will have the following skills:- Proactive personality, showing initiative. This role will have leadership responsibilities of a Grid Manager, so having these characteristics is essential.- Good knowledge and experience in the grid connection space for both delivery and development stages. - Stakeholder communications skills to communicate the grid reforms through to the wider development team and other external groups.
