Responsibilities:Trade prompt-to-term financial products in PJM, MISO, NYISO, and ISO-NE.Conduct market analysis and fundamental research on the Eastern Interconnect.Collaborate with the trading desk to share insights and strategies.Support deal pricing and management with the Origination team.Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and credit standards. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or Mathematics.5+ years of experience in physical and financial power trading.Proficiency in trading heat rates, locational spreads, and time spreads.Knowledge of power and gas fundamentals in the Eastern Interconnect and RTO/ISO market rules.Familiarity with risk management principles.Self-driven, adaptable, and thrives under pressure.Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.Programming (Python, VBA, SQL) and data visualization (Tableau, R, Power BI) skills are a plus.Option trading experience is advantageous.
