You'll have a senior and diverse role within the group; with the main focus of the role including-- Following and monitoring the grid reforms across the UK, playing a part in these connection reforms. - Communicating new updates and regulations to the rest of the development team, working with various stakeholders.- Playing a strategic role within the team, looking at long term strategies for the connections and project developments. - Working on grid connection projects, from early stage origination through project handover and into construction stages. - Communicating with ICPs and DNOs and pushing back on connection agreements. For this role, the ideal profile will have the following skills:- Proactive personality, showing initiative. This role will have leadership responsibilities of a Grid Manager, so having these characteristics is essential.- Good knowledge and experience in the grid connection space for both delivery and development stages. - Stakeholder communications skills to communicate the grid reforms through to the wider development team and other external groups.
